exercise central

I would say that my life is exercise central at the moment in a way, as I am doing some form if not more than one form of exercise everyday.
I am pleased with this :) Been at work 9-2 today, been to shop to get stuff for tea and hav chatted to my sister on the phone. Gonna make tea a bit later then take milo for a walk with laura. Busy with work the next couple of days and then Ben(my bro) and Geri(his gf) are moving into a house together on Saturday so its all hands on deck to help(me after I finish work) then on Sunday once everything is finished we're supposed to be having a bbq round there :)
