2006 from the view of team Sophinda
So as promised a while back my year in survey form.
1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Moved away from home
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I managed to keep every single one of them! i passed my driving test, lost weight and went to uni!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
I actually think that i dont know ne1 who had a baba!!!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes, my gran :(
5. What countries did you visit?
does manchester count?!
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
less self doubt
7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
22nd July cos that was the date my gran died. 25th april passed my driving test, 17th september went to uni, and 11th may my 18th bday.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
going to uni and other things associated to it, i cud quite happily have not gone cos i was so nervous.
9. What was your biggest failure?
erm good question, not sure there were ne, perhaps crying when im embarrassed.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
tonsilitis, cold, chest infection and conjunctivitis all in 2 weeks! also severe ear canal infection where the doc was convinced id been to the amazon and caught something interesting! faintings my new 'thing' !!!
11. What was the best thing you bought?
houmous!
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
My fabulous friends and work colleagues who were very nice to me after my gran died.
well in fact everyones been extra lovely at some point or another.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
a few peoples but no names mentioned
14. Where did most of your money go?
hrd to say prolly driving lessons until i passed my test but then on food,drink and stuff towards the end of the year once i was at uni
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
my 18th party! and boys! dressing up as bunnies!
16. What song will always remind you of 2006?
all i want for xmas is u-me and the girlies sang it at karaoke.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? not sure cant remember last year so long ago. i think i am in fact happier.
ii. thinner or fatter? dont know and not too bothered nemore
iii. richer or poorer? a tad richer student loan woo! +wages
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Smiling and laughing, being confident [ i said this last year but its still relevant] i think i did do more of this but always room for improvement
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
being upset
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
At my house eating too much. [ xmas has been but thats wat happened]
22. Did you fall in love in 2005?
yes and out unfortunately

None.

ER or hollyoaks
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I dont hate anyone theres no point in hate it just eats u up inside.

the da vinci code
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
superman song
28. What did you want and get?
A pink suitcase
30. What was your favourite film of this year?
definately not saw 3! it was too scary for me!
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
18, drank champagne for breakfast, went into town with my sis for a baguette for lunch went to 6th form, sat in the sunshine for a bit, went out for a meal and then had a party at the weekend.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
people not dying but that has to happen so i wud say nothing theres no point in having regrets.

laughter, dancing and singing badly

stuff to do with diet

my grandparents, my family, friends

everyone was pretty much great!
